Driving along all you see to farm lands, and then suddenly out of nowhere is
a city of 1 million.

Lake Louise
While in town my Uncle Ken and I took a side trip into the mountains. Here are some pictures around Lake Louise, even in May the lake is still frozen. Two years ago my family had visited this lake in the summer and we were surprised how brilliant green the water was - even frozen the ice was tinted green.

state of Michigan (at least the mitten), so I had to get a picture.
